"The Wake-Up Call Sierra Leone was born from a simple but urgent realization — too many destinies are delayed, not by lack of potential, but by the failure to act on time. We see individuals with tremendous gifts and capacities who remain dormant because they haven't embraced the responsibility that comes with their potential. Our mission is to awaken that sense of urgency, responsibility, and excellence in every person we encounter."

Founder & President

Hassan Mansaray

Hassan Mansaray is the Founder and President of THE WAKE-UP CALL Sierra Leone, a faith-inspired development initiative focused on youth empowerment, leadership development, and performance transformation.

With over 10 years of experience in community development and youth mentorship, Hassan has dedicated his life to awakening potential in individuals and communities. His approach combines practical life skills with spiritual principles to create sustainable transformation.

Hassan holds a Certificate & Diploma in Civil Engineering, a Bachaelor's degree in Agricultural science, a Master's degree in Development studies, and a Master's degree in Progect management. He is passionate about equipping the next generation with the tools they need to thrive in an increasingly complex world.
